Any standards-based mail app works. Username is always your full address.

The Apple profile carries no password. You type it once when the device installs it.
These hostnames are the dev hostnames; production depends on the domain decision.
App passwords
With two-factor on, your normal password stops working in mail apps — that is the point.
Create one app password per device so you can revoke a device without touching the others.

Outlook (Windows, Mac, mobile)
Autodiscover normally fills this in. If it doesn't, add the account manually as IMAP.
- Add account → IMAP.
- Incoming: the IMAP host and port above, SSL/TLS on.
- Outgoing: the submission host and port above, STARTTLS on, authentication required.
- Username: your full address. Password: an app password if two-factor is on.
Thunderbird
It should find the settings by itself from the autoconfig document.
- Add account → enter your name, address and password → Continue.
- If it asks, choose IMAP and accept the detected server settings.
- If detection fails, enter the hosts and ports above manually.
Apple Mail (iPhone, iPad, Mac)
- Download the profile above and install it.
- Enter your password when prompted. It is not stored in the profile.
- Mail, Calendar and Contacts are set up by the same profile.
Gmail app (Android, iOS)
- Add account → Other → enter your address.
- Choose IMAP, then the incoming/outgoing hosts and ports above.
- Use an app password if two-factor is on.
K-9 Mail / Thunderbird for Android
- Add account → enter address and password → Next.
- Pick IMAP. Accept the detected settings, or enter them manually.
- Client certificates are not required.
Calendar and contacts in any app
CalDAV and CardDAV URLs are listed above. In Apple Calendar use
Add Account → Other → CalDAV. In Thunderbird add a CalDAV calendar with the
CalDAV URL.
